FYP under progress.alhamdulillah.at the beginning many problems come out.x semua yg aku wat mnjadi.nama pon eksperimen."try and error".if you want to be a good scientist,msti berani mncuba sesuatu yg baru wlupun bnyk halangan dan dugaan.huhu.i'm doing about the growth of mushroom.mula2 decide nk amik Flammulina velutipes @ dlm bhsa jepun kta pnggil "Enokitake" @ common name kta pnggil "The Golden Needle Mushroom".comel je mushroom nie.nmpk cam senang je nk cultivate.then,i already bought the sample to make the fresh culture.bersemangat nie!.



but at last...rupa-rupanya susah gak nk wat fresh culture cendawan nie.sbb stem @ batang dia kecik la sngat.tp aku try wat jgak.x kire!i don't care!.as a result.sume plate PDA aku contaminated.all worse!.kuciwa aku rsa!.but.I've tried once again.dis time I'm very2 careful about the hygiene.but.the result are same!.contaminated!.i guess maybe the problem come from the mushroom.mungkin ssah skit nk cri part yg x terexpose dgn outside environment untuk culture.so,i told to my supervisor to change the mushroom.drpd cendawan yg kurus kering ke cendawan yg chubby.hahaha.puas hati aku tgk.perubahan yg ketara gila.tp aku lom wat lg fresh culture.hrap2 result pasni better than before.amin.kali nie aku plih Pleurotus eryngii @ The King Oyster.
